Nick Williams is an internationally recognized instructor, competitor, performer and choreographer. His understanding of Lindy Hop, Collegiate Shag and Balboa come from learning from the original masters. While known for his “fast and fancy” footwork, his inspiration for the dances comes from a desire for accurate authentication, and can be seen in his musicality, creativity and continuity on the dance floor. His successes include: World Lindy Hop Champion, U.S. Open Swing Dance Champion, American Lindy Hop Champion and American Classic Balboa Champion – www.swingnick.com

Corey & Susan have been dancing Lindy Hop for almost 8 years and Balboa for 5 years. During this time, they have studied with many national & international instructors but have been most inspired by: David Rehm, Nick Williams, Bobby White & Kate Hedin, Marty & Jen Lau and Marty Kempner & Valerie Salstrom. Corey & Susan are one of the few balboa instructors in the southeast and have been teaching workshops & private lessons for 4 years. Their focus is to demystify the dance of balboa and make dancers comfortable enough to mix into their regular social dancing. Although they rarely compete, they most recently placed 7th in the Amateur Couple Division for ABW 2008 and Corey placed 3rd in the Amateur Jack & Jill. Corey has also been a finalist in the Jack & Jill for ABW 2007, EBC 2006 and placed 2nd in the Jack & Jill for the Harvest Moon Melee. Susan is shy and still doesn’t like competing, but she is working on her competition mojo.
